Day 1: Drive to Manthali, Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2650m)

We will take a spectacular flight from Kathmandu to Lukla at 2827m. Flight time is about 40 minutes to the airport, built by Sir Edmund Hillary and Sherpa in the mid-1960s. We start the trek down the river Dudh Kosi, where we enter the main road of Namche Bazaar, located above Chaurikharka at 2713m.

The journey is easy, and after passing the small village of Ghat at 2550m, it is a short walk to the first village of Pakding, where we will camp for the night.

Day 02: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3435m)

Today your walk will be through a beautiful pine forest. The track leads us to the Dudh Koshi river; We take beautiful pictures of Thamserku mountain (6618m).

The road climbs through woods and bridges until it reaches the junction of the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers.

After the last ascent of about two hours, we see Mount Everest for the first time, rising to the summit of Lhotse-Nuptse.

You still need to hike for about 1.5 hours to reach Namche Bazaar, the entrance to Mount Everest, and the biggest shopping mall in this area.

Day 03: Rest day in Namche Bazaar

This is the first "acclimatization" day for this trip. Or we spend the day on a trip to the sights, or we can relax and explore Namche Bazaar. It is the nerve center of the Everest region (Khumbu) and has government offices, ATMs, internet cafes, shops, restaurants, bakeries, and a beautiful market every Friday and Saturday night.

Day 04: Trek to Deboche (3820m) via Tengboche Monastery

Our trek follows a gentle path with few ups and downs, overlooking the magnificent views of the Himalayas. Along the way, we encounter wildlife, including pheasants, musk deer, and occasionally a herd of Himalayan Thar. We arrived at Phunki Tenga, a small village with a few tea houses among the alpine trees.

After lunch and rest at Phunki Tenga, Tengboche is the perfect place for close-up views of Ama-Dablam, Nuptse, and Everest and boasts a Buddhist monastery in the Khumbu region. Walking through the rhododendron forest for about an hour, we reached Deboche.

Day 05: Trek to Dingboche (4410m) via Pangboche Monastery

We go through some Chortens, mani walls, and some small villages. After that, we look for food, and when we eat our food, we enjoy the view of Amadablam high above us;

We pass Pangboche, the highest of the permanent villages in the valley, and arrive at a clearing, the climb-of-the-day climb to Dingboche. With 867m of ascent and 416m of ascent, we finally hit the bag at the local lodge for the night in Dingboche.

Day 06: Rest day in Dingboche (4750m)

Our acclimatization comes with our ascent to an altitude of close to 5,000m, and as we breathe hard to overcome it, we quickly realize that the strenuous climb is worth it. The reward is as great as the natural beauty that thanks us for our efforts, the spectacular view of Cho Oyu at 8201m, Pumori at 7161m, the great wall of Lhotse at 8400m, Amadablam at 6812m, Makalu at 8481m and Baruntse at 7129m all applied. Overnight at our house in Dingboche

Day 07: Trek to Lobuche (4900m)

After passing through some Duglha tea houses, we drove up to the summit of the Khumbu Glacier, passing several stone monuments built to commemorate Sherpas, who died on the trek. From here, the road descends and crosses the western side of the valley to Lobuche. The sunset over Nuptse from here is a beautiful sight to behold. Overnight in Lobuche

Day 08: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5357m)

and back to Gorakshep (5100m)

An early start is required to reach Everest Base Camp. It takes a few hours before the trail breaks through the ice and crosses the rim of the Khumbu Glacier. After a short lunch and rest, we go on the way to Everest base camp Nuptse, Khumbuste, and Pumori are the mountains we see from the base camp. On the way back, we can use the high road to have a fantastic view of the Khumbu Icefall and the road that passes to the south. We return to Gorakshep for a restful night.

Day 09: Climb Kalapathar (5545m) for sunrise (2 hours) and trek to Pheriche (4240m)

We will start early in the morning, with dark and cold (-10 to -14 C) at the start. In addition, there is always a risk of wind chill, which is common. Famous peaks, such as Lingtren, Khumbutse and Changtse, fall to the east even as Everest begins to reveal itself, emerging between the western shoulder and Nuptse. Once we reach Kalapatthar, we climb from here to the rocky hill near the top of the hill known for the cairn and the prayer flag. After that, we slowly return to Pheriche; for a good night's rest that we really deserved.

Day 10: Trek to Monjo (2840m)

The trek to Monjo combines small climbs and descents; from there, we follow the same path. The descent from Namche Hill leads to Monjo. This time we left Sagarmatha National Park after exiting the town gate near Monjo and reached Monjo village. Monjo is a more peaceful place to stay than Namche.

Day 11: Trek to Lukla (2800m)

Today, we walk the same path and have different thoughts. In the distance, we discover a mixture of open plains, rhododendrons, pine forests, and snowy peaks.

When we arrive in Lukla, we will have enough time to rest, stretch our aching legs, and reminisce about the experiences of the past two days. Our guide will also confirm our flight tickets. We will have the final dinner with our crew in the evening, making it a festive evening.
