Itinerary: 5 Night 6 Days Namche Bazar Itinerary (Kathmandu - Kathmandu) Day 1: Fly to Lukla from Kathmandu and Trek to Fakding, Overnight at Fakding Upon arriving in Lukla, you will begin your trek to Fakding. This walk section is relatively easy, with a gentle descent and a few small villages along the way. It would be best if you arrived in Fakding late afternoon or early evening. Check in to your accommodation in Fakding and rest for the night. Day 2: After breakfast, continue your trek to Namche Bazar. This trek section is more challenging, with a steep ascent and several switchbacks. The views of the surrounding peaks are stunning, so be sure to take plenty of breaks to take them in. It would be best if you arrived in Namche Bazar late afternoon or early evening. Day 3: Today, you can choose to hike around Namche Bazar and visit some of the nearby attractions. Some options include the Tengboche Monastery, the Namche Bazar Museum, and the Sagarmatha National Park Visitor Center. Alternatively, you can spend the day relaxing in Namche Bazar and enjoying the local culture and amenities. Day 4: Spend another day exploring Namche Bazar and the surrounding area. It would be best to hike nearby peaks or visit a local monastery. In the evening, you can enjoy a meal at one of the local restaurants or cafes and take in the views of the surrounding peaks. Day 5: After breakfast, begin your trek back to Lukla. This trek section is relatively easy, with a gentle descent and a few small villages along the way. It would be best if you arrived in Lukla late afternoon or early evening. Check in to your accommodation in Lukla and rest for the night. Day 6: After breakfast, catch your flight back to Kathmandu. The flight should take around 30 minutes. Upon arriving in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your accommodation. Spend the rest of the evening exploring the city.
